We offer a completely frictionless 14-day free trial for all SS3D Pro educator subscriptions. No credit card is required upfront to start your trial. At the end of the 14 days, your Pro access will simply pause until you actively choose to purchase a subscription. You will never be auto-charged by mistake.
Because you have a risk-free 14 days to fully evaluate the Pro features before ever entering payment details, we generally do not offer refunds once a voluntary subscription payment is made.
However, we know that mistakes happen (e.g., accidental duplicate purchases). If you encounter a billing error or are completely dissatisfied, we offer a 7-day grace period from the date of your purchase. Contact us within 7 days, and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund within the 7-day grace period, please email hello@solarsystem3d.space with your account email address and Lemon Squeezy order number. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
