Uranus is the seventh planet from the Sun and the first planet found using a telescope! It is an "Ice Giant," made mostly of water, methane, and ammonia fluids surrounding a small rocky core.

The most unique thing about Uranus is its tilt. Unlike other planets that spin somewhat upright like spinning tops, Uranus is tilted completely on its side! It rolls around the Sun like a giant barrel.

It also has the coldest planetary atmosphere in the solar system, with temperatures dropping to an incredibly freezing -371°F (-224°C).
